With age our skin starts to lose some important components which, when we were young, all combined to produce healthy skin. But with age our skin starts to lose some essential qualities such as skin elasticity. Elasticity kept our skin supple and firm when we were young, but with loss of elasticity with age our skin gets looser, starts to sag and forms wrinkles.
